We would like to share here, some ideas and things to consider when putting your party together.

  • Bear in mind thte purpose of the party: To help raise funds for Helps International 's microfinance project in Cameroon.

  • Send out invitations at least one month before the event date.

  • You may ask your guests to suggest menus, tot give them a sense of belonging

  • Find out from thtose who are coming if tthere are vegetarians

  • Have at least a computer connectted to the internet for your guests, so they can use to donate while at the party, if possible. If you do not have a computer at your party location connected tot the internet, your friends can use their own computers at ttheir homes or offices to donate

  • Have details of the address in LA for checks handy

  • Try to make your party as lively as possible
